A variation. We had some left over passata to use up, and used two chicken breasts instead of prawns fuselli pasta and tinned water chestnuts as we didn't have onions. A nice tasty sauce 😋

Thanks for the inspiration. I didn't have any mackerel (normally do have a tin in the cupboard), but added a pinch of chilli flakes and garam masala to baked beans. No mango chutney either, so a couple of dollops of marmalade and natural yoghurt out of a Muller fruit corner. Beautifully poached egg on a toasted slice of thick sourdough toast 😋
