coconut cream • evaporated milk • condensed milk • vanilla • rum (preferably clear so the color doesnt interfere) • condensed milk • cinnamon sticks • shreded coconut or candy cane crumbs • powdered cinnamon or nutmeg

and 1/2 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water, whisked. • + 2 tbsp brown rice flour • whole almonds, ground into a flour/meal & sifted (OR sub 1.5 cups almond flour) • arrowroot powder (or cornstarch may work) • cocoa powder • kosher salt • baking soda • + 2 tbsp Earth Balance (coconut oil also works, but I didn’t like the flavour as much) • + 1/4 cup non-dairy chocolate, divided • almond milk • vanilla • finely chopped walnuts (optional)
