Delicious homemade noodles to celebrate Chinese New Year. 🧧🐭

Ingredients

  1. 2duck beasts
  2. Pinchsalt and pepper
  3. 2 tspChinese five spice
  4. 1 tspsoysauce
  5. 1 tsphoney
  6. Stir fried vegetables
  7. 1 packegg noodles
  8. 1 packmix stir fried vegetables
  9. Sauce (mix them together in a bowl)
  10. 2 tbspsweet chilli sauce
  11. 1 tbspsweet plum sauce
  12. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  13. 1 tsphoney
  14. 1 tspfishsauce
  15. 1 tspdark soysauce
  16. 1 tbspvegetable cooking oil
  17. 1 clovegarlic (finely chopped)
  18. Pinchsalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinated all duck breast with soy, honey, five spice, salt and pepper for 10 min then pan fry the breast with skin down first for a couple min. Then turn over to the other side to cook. Then put in oven medium temp (150’) for about 15 min. Take it out to rest

    On a medium heat big wok, add vegetable cooking oil, garlic stir well. Add all the vegetables and sauces. Mix well.

    Add noodles in and stir well. Keep your pan medium heat cook for about 5-8 min.

    Slice up your duck breast and add into your stir fry. Mix well and serve. Perfect for one dish meal!
