Ingredients

  1. 1 kgall purpose flour
  2. Salt
  3. Warm water
  4. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl put flour and salt and mix with the hand. Add a little cooking oil and rub using the hand. Add warm water in bits as you knead carefully till you achieve your desired texture.

    Cover the dough and let it rest for about thirty minutes. Spread it on a surface and make spiral balls that will easily form layers when cooked.

    Roll the balls carefully to form a nice shape for chapati. Cook it on a pan with moderate heat till it forms a golden colour. Serve it with a preferable stew. Yumyum 😍😍
