Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsplain flour
  2. 100 mlwarm water
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. Pinchturmeric
  5. 1big grated onion

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl Pour in grated onion.salt.turmeric

  2. 2

    Add in the flour and mix well together.

  3. 3

    Add in water little by little while kneading.Knead until it comes together and has detached the hands add little oil and continue kneading till ready.let it rest 30 min

    In a clean surface cut in three positions.then take each piece and apply little oil

  5. 5

    Cut then in strips and roll then in smaller balls

  6. 6

    Take the smaller balls and roll them out in round shapes ready to cook.

  7. 7

    Cook both sides of the chapati adding little oil.repeat with the rest.serve with maharagwe ya Nazi of stew of your choice..
