  • 1 cupShredded salmon
  • 2 tbspKewpie mayo
  • 1 tbspSriracha
  • 1 tspSoy sauce
  • Seasoned Rice
  • 1 cupCooked rice
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 tspSesame oil
  • 1 tspRice wine vinegar
  • Toppings
  • 1 tspKewpie mayo (for topping)
  • 1 tspSriracha (for topping)
  • 1 tbspFurikake (for topping)
  • 2 packsSeaweed Snacks (for wrapping)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix shredded salmon, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp sriracha, and soy sauce in a bowl.

    In another bowl, mix rice with sugar, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar.

    Layer seasoned rice in a baking dish, then spread the salmon mixture on top.

    Drizzle with 1 tbsp mayo and 1 tbsp sriracha, then sprinkle furikake.

    Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes.

    Serve with seaweed sheets for wrapping.

Tips

Air fry for 5 minutes for a crispy top.
