
Made this for dinner tonight. Yummy! I added a few pinches curry, cinnamon and turmeric (to brighten color). I got it a little too peppery for what I wanted, but that was my fault. Overall, super delicious, and great knowing I was eating something NOT loaded with empty calories! ^-^
