is parsley necessary? also you haven't mentioned the hot sauce in the description which is there in the recipe!

Hi Isuru-E, No the parsley is not critical, it provides color and a bit of fresh flavor but can be left out without a problem. Thank you for pointing out that I forgot to add the hot sauce in the steps, I fixed it!
