This recipe is not very well written (ex/ butter on ingredient list but not in instructions, no indication of what temp setting burners should be on, etc). However the end result was tasty. I did use the butter, I added it to thr meat as I browned it. I used celery salt instead of regular salt, and used chopped garlic in addition to granulated garlic. I also added vinegar as the vegetables cooked in with the meat, not at the end. I also chose not to add honey. So essentially I took the basic idea of this recipe and decided to wing it. Happy that we had a good end result.

Thank you for bringing my errors on my recipe I am truly sorry if it was difficult to follow. I changed it up a bit and gave you credit for helping me fix it. As for the heat of all my recipes is always hi heat unless it's stated otherwise. Like simmer and so on. Thank you so very much for using my recipe as a guide.

Thank you! I am always trying to improve, I am glad that you are a great cook to pull through the recipe with difficulties in reading it and letting me know. I am a very simple and easy going person who loves to cook. Sometimes I get complacent in doing things.
