Good question! Sorry for the delayed reply. The soup is just a regular size can. I think they are 10 1/2 ounce? On the mushrooms I would say to taste. I love mushrooms, so I would use a larger can. I know they also sell smaller, 10-12 ounce cans. I hope this helps. Enjoy!
