This is truly the BEST cheesecake that I’ve ever baked before!! 💕 Thank you so much!! When I saw this recipe, it’s so tempting and I went to a supermarket just to buy a cream cheese. In Japan, all the cream cheese packets are 200g, so I adjusted all of the other ingredients to 80% amount. (So it’s same ratio) I baked it under 200 degrees oven for 30 mins(bottom shelf) and another 10mins(upper shelf). My husband liked this so much and he ate up so many potions at midnight after coming back from work😂😂 When I upload this photo in Instagram, my friend ask me which recipe I follow, so can I share your recipe in Cookpad Japan??
