Hello! Your new and unique idea to combine miso and carbonara caught my eyes and made me want to try! I was also wondering how you get to know Japanese ingredients such as white miso and furikake😀This time, I cooked for myself only so I followed your recipe with changing all the ingredients amount into half. (I changed only one thing, I added only 2 table spoons/person of Parmesan cheese as it’s not so cheap in Japan.) Also, after I cook pasta and sausages together in a pan, I removed from the heat and mix with the egg sauce to avoid the egg to be cooked. This fusion pasta really tastes good and I’ll cook it again for my family next time😋

Hi there !! I am so glad you tried it and liked it.
I like to eat, but also I want to know why am I liking something to eat. So I do some research, read, try to find out about the culture and culinary habits, different techniques of cooking...hence getting to know different type of Furikakes's and Miso pastes.
Btw..You have great recipes on cookpad!!!
