
Thank you so much for your recipe @hirokoliston !! The skins of aubergines in UK are quite hard, so I removed them after I took this photo😂 The sauce is really Japanese style and I love it !!

Same here in Australia. Eggplants are very large and skin is quite tough. That's why I often partially peel the skin. Eggplants in Australia need to be cooked slightly differently from Japanese ones.
