I worried about the amount of Chilli and Sriracha, but I followed your recipe. It was super tasty, but instantly water started coming out ... not from Cauliflower... but from my eyes, nose, head and all over my body. I was sweating like hell, but I couldn't help myself for another piece. I am now sitting next to a cooling fan to write this, Yui. 😂 Next time I will reduce the Chilli. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
