Shortbread Biscuits Dedicated to Yoshida Shortbread Biscuits Dedicated to Yoshida
My friend Yoshida asked me to make amazing shortbread that tastes just like the Walker's brand. I was able to make something that approached his expectations, but was limited by the butter I used and was troubled by the fact that I couldn't improve it further with the ingredients I had on hand. I wonder if these would turn out better if I used the butter they have over in Scotland.Try to use caster sugar. You can use either salted or unsalted butter. Please remember to reduce the amount of salt by a pinch when using salted butter. Using cultured butter will improve the flavor. These shortbread fingers are also delicious when made with whole wheat flour. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -

I love warm southern biscuits .. Slightly sweet and buttery. My grandma used to serve biscuits with sorghum.... Or honey.. Warm.... It mixes fast... I have lupus so when I feel good I try to make several bundles and freeze. Someone suggested putting them in a regular muffin tin to bake... But I just put them in a square pan (6x6) I try to make 9 biscuits... MsKipper -

Scone-Style Biscuits in a Microwave and a Frying Pan Scone-Style Biscuits in a Microwave and a Frying Pan
I created this recipe because I had a craving for KFC biscuits. The reason for microwaving the dough is to evaporate the moisture from inside. If you heat it up too much, the inside will get burned, so try to be careful. Recipe by xxjujucookxx cookpad.japan -
Easy Shortbread with Margarine Easy Shortbread with Margarine
I received a request for a shortbread recipe. I made it simply with margarine. It's not overly sweet, so men are sure to love it too.If the dough is difficult to pull together, add a little milk. Just give it one sprinkle of table salt. If you add too much, it will taste very salty. Recipe by mini. cookpad.japan -
Vegetarian KFC Biscuits Vegetarian KFC Biscuits
I became a vegetarian but I really wanted to eat biscuits from KFC, so I made this.By the way, 1 scone (40 g) is about 127 calories. At the end, after adding the tofu and soy milk, try to pay close attention to the rhythm of the food processor. Blitz in short bursts of threes (one, two, three, stop -- one, two, three, stop... and so on). If you knead it too much, the scones won't rise well and they won't crack on top, so rather than kneading the batter, just mix it in the food processor until the ingredients are just combined. White Coconut Shortbread White Coconut Shortbread
I love coconut, so I wanted to make something topped with a lot of it.For a crunchy texture, heat the egg yolk first But be sure to strain it to prevent lumps from forming. Adjust the baking time according to the size of your cookies. The dough will degrade after the second batch when cutting out shapes, so try to cut them with as few gaps in the dough as possible. Milk Tea Biscuits Milk Tea Biscuits
In order to make snacks that were gentle on the body and the wallet, I am always thinking of snacks that use small amounts of butter, eggs, and sugar (or don't use at all). You can use potato starch flour in place of the corn starch. When molding in steps 5~7, roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick with a rolling pin, and cut out with a cookie cutter if you like. I don't mind, but cutting it with a cup and serrating the edges will give it a simple appearance and will bring out the delicious crunchiness; it is also more fun to squeeze the edges, so I recommend making it with your kids. Buttermilk Biscuits Buttermilk Biscuits
I've tried several biscuit recipes & this is my favorite! I tweaked the recipe a bit when I make it. I always use 1 cup of buttermilk. When I tried 3/4 cup the dough was always too dry & didn't stay together. Also, I mix this in my kitchenaid stand mixer & it turns out fine so you don't have to mix by hand if you don't want to.
