This Squash and Feta Cheese bake is a simple side dish that tastes delicious! Ready for the oven in minutes.We make this all the time! It's sooo yummy!

Ingredients

30-45 minutes
3 people
  1. 2-4yellow squash
  2. 2 (5 oz)feta cheese containers
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  5. Dashdill weed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash your squash.

  2. 2

    Slice your squash.

  3. 3

    Use a small or large baking pan. Cover with aluminum if desired.

  4. 4

    Add the squash and your 2 feta containers. ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp black pepper. Mix all together and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or 400 for 20 minutes and broil on high for 3-4 minutes.

    Half way through, take it out of oven, mix everything together again.

  6. 6

    Give it one more good stir together.
