With my method of having more, rather than less - their will be leftovers of seasoned flour and breadcrumbs - place seasoned flour that is leftover in a Food bag and the breadcrumbs in a separate Food bag of its own.

I found 2 pieces of Cod in a Pack within the Fridge department of a small Supermarket, the Packaging said that the bones had been removed - have never filleted and got bones out of a whole fish before - if using frozen fish fillets - then you will have too defrost some before using them in this Recipe.Gas Mark 5 is a low oven temperature, the Cod fillets had very little thickness to them,so a flat fish variety could be baked in the oven the same as the Cod - couldn't get the breadcrumbs crispy, but was still very tasty - could not cook it any longer than 30 minutes, otherwise the fish would be over cooked and rubbery in texture - not nice too eat.

The Recipe is a healthy low calorie baked piece of fish only - in breadcrumbs with just a light spray of Cooking Oil on the baking tray to prevent sticking, will probably need too turn the fish over - half way through cooking time so another spray of Cooking Oil will be needed for the other side.As for a crispier crumb could pan fry on the hob on both sides before placing in the oven - thus meaning that the fish will be done earlier in like 15,or 20 minutes, but the dish will be more greasy etc.
