Breadcrumb baked Cod fish fillets

I looked on the Internet too gain the information for the Recipe, might be possible too use One whole egg,but the only Recipe I saw for breadcrumb Cod fillets was too use only the egg white of One egg - whisked lightly with 2 tablespoons of cold water.Serving with homemade mash potato is good - can add the egg yolk and the little bit of egg white too the cooked - drained - boiled potatoes, did add a bit of Pasteurized Cow Milk and some butter - I used 300g of peeled potatoes that are good for boiling and mashing (Albert Rooster, red skinned potatoes).Shop bought Tomato Ketchup is nice with it and the fish is not bland - for I highly seasoned the Plain Flour.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5.Have a lightly greased baking tray ready.
- 2
Separate egg yolk from egg white, whisk with a Dinner Fork with the 2 tablespoons of cold water in their as well - with just the egg white.A small Dessert Bowl is suitable for dipping the fish fillets in.
- 3
Use a Tefal Blender etc. for turning 4 slices of white bread into breadcrumbs and then place a Third on a Dinner Plate.
- 4
Place Plain Flour on a Dinner Plate and then use a Pestle and Mortar too grind plenty of Black Peppercorns with Crystallized Sea Salt, once done, add the seasoning to the Flour.
- 5
Wash Cod fillets under the cold water tap, allow water to drain off a little and then dust the Cod fillets in the seasoned flour.Next, dip into the diluted egg white (on both sides of course) and then into the breadcrumbs.Place on the greased baking tray and then maybe turn half way through cooking time, after 25,or 30 minutes it should be done.

Cod and Potatoes Simmered with Tomatoes Cod and Potatoes Simmered with Tomatoes
I wanted to eat cod in a western style dish and came up with this recipe. My aim was to create a main dish that could be made with ingredients I usually have on hand, so I simmered the cod with canned tomatoes. It matches perfectly with the potatoes too.Use raw unsalted cod.I didn't add any herbs and so on this time and kept it simple, but if you add herbs when simmering it will become even more delicious. Cod Cream Simmer Cod Cream Simmer
I'm not a fan of the cod smell. But with this cooking method it's not an issue at all.The milk and garlic omits the raw fishy smell.Once the cod has slightly browned, add the milk. When the milk comes to a boil, the cod has cooked through, and the milk is creamy, it's complete.Parsley has plenty of minerals such as β-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin B. Sautéed Cod and Tofu with Chinese-Style Ankake Sauce Sautéed Cod and Tofu with Chinese-Style Ankake Sauce
I made this dish with my grandfather at his house.Serve this light white fish dish with a tasty ankake sauce.Tofu goes well with this an so you can make a nice dish without using cod fillets.-I used only one frying pan but if you don't like this, use separate frying pans.-Sesame oil is for flavouring the dish. I mixed vegetable oil and sesame oil but you can use either of them.-Sprinkling sake over the cod gets rid of the strong fishy smell.-As an alternative to shaoxing wine I prefer shochu to sake. You don't need to wash up a lot of things after making this dish. You can make this in advance and bake just before serving. It is a handy dish Use salmon or mushrooms according to the season. The order of piling up the ingredients is the trick to this recipe. To season the cod with salt, place the salted lemon directly on top of the cod. Finish with bacon! By sandwiching the vegetables with salted lemon and bacon, the saltiness is going to be absorbed by the vegetables. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan
