Raspberry Bramble Cocktail

Well I had to have some homemade cranberry relish. One of my fall favorites. Well after I made it I had some nice juice left over in the pot. I couldn't waste it. So finally I after entire 2 mins lol. I came up with a great way to use that left over juice. Bingo the sparkling cranberry cocktail was born. I hope yoy about it.

Threw this together because I was in the mood for a fruity cocktail. Used what I had on hand and it turned out great!!

Had all the ingredients on hand and thought wow that sounds good! Not a drink you will drink many of in an evening because it is on the sweet side and fairly strong. This tastes amazing and is a great treat to sip on while cooking.

The recipe online called for a shaker and muddling but I just wanted to use my new blender. I love gin and any excuse to make a nice cocktail. Other than the sugar explosion when I was trying to take the lid off to prepare the simple syrup, this was easy!

Non-alcoholic cocktail made from white hibiscus flowers. White bissap or karkadé is slightly more acidic than the red variety, so to reduce its acidity, I add a bit of fruit juice to the glass just before serving. 🍹🍸

The perfect cool treat for summer. Warning it is very sweet. Kids love it and so do I! I ate 2 pieces already!

Back in the day when I was studying in Da Nang, I used to eat this a lot. After school, I would head straight to the shop for a 2k fruit dessert. Today, I found some leftover homegrown jackfruit in the fridge, some off-season strawberries freshly picked in Da Lat, newly bought candied gooseberries, and a packet of agar powder. So, I decided to make this dish again. It's been over 20 years already.

I once ordered fresh fruit frozen margaritas at a Mexican restaurant. They were so so delicious, so I wanted to recreate them at home!Cut the fruit up into small pieces before freezing.
