A perfect blend of refreshing fruit tea with a hint of soju made for my cafe
Cooking Instructions

Pour 1 shot of black tea & peach concentrates and soju each into the cocktail shaker
- 2
Fill the cocktail shaker with 100ml of soda water
- 3
Make sure the cocktail shaker cap is tight and shake for 10 seconds
- 4
Strain into a champagne glass
- 5
Add in a piece of large sphere ice cube
- 6
Garnish the champagne glass with a slice of peace
