Ingredients

  1. 6cage free eggs
  2. 2 ouncesorganic half and half
  3. 4mushrooms
  4. 1 lbground sausage
  5. 4 clovesgarlic minced
  6. 2green onion chopped
  7. 1/4 tspsea salt
  8. Freshly ground pepper
  9. 1 Tbspchopped chives
  10. Smoked paprika
  11. 1 Tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In frying pan heat olive oil, add chopped garlic cook until translucent. Add ground sausage, cook until almost browned. Add mushrooms for 1 more min. Set aside.

    Combine eggs, half and half, salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Add sausage mixture, green onion to eggs combine and place in glass 9x13” pan sprayed or oiled, sprinkle with paprika and chives.

    Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and cool for 5 minutes.
