Pasta with fries and peppered meat sauce

Cooking Instructions

Wash beef, put in a clean pot, add a cup of water, add onion, add fresh or dried ginger, cloves and garlic, add little thyme, turmeric and a pinch of curry if needed, add salt, add little nutmeg and little black pepper, add few cubes of maggi cubes and terra beef

After that add grounded scotch bonet, bell pepper and onions, stir and allow to cook all together, after 30minutes open the pot to receive that perceiving aroma hmmmmmm😋 check meat to see if done, add two spoonfull of groundnut or olive oil and cover to continue cooking

On the other side, place a clean pot on fire and add two cups of water, add little oil with a pinch of salt, allow to boil and gently add pasta, allow to cook for few minutes, open pot lid to stir pasta and check if its done(to your own taste) drain pasta and allow to cool.

Place a clean frying pot on and add oil, or use fryer, peel and wash irish potato into preferable sizes, drain, add salt, mix together, add irish to oil and fry to your taste

Check meat to see if done(you can mix a little corn flour with water to serve as a thickner for your soup)

Put pot down if done
On a clean plate, serve pasta, chips and peppered meat sauce, drizzle with ketchup and serve hawwwwt😋💃👌 - 7

My rule is, don't just open something and heat it, always add to it and make it your own! 😊 I also combine different types/flavors of the tomato/spaghetti sauces, because it makes the end result better and tastier. I like to use a little brown sugar and ketchup when I make sauce for little ones because it imparts that nice, rounded, caramelized sweetness that appeals to a child's palate without making the sauce excessively sweet and flat like I find many jarred sauces to be.I also like to mince the onions when I make sauce for kids because they often like the flavor of onions, but they don't necessarily enjoy chunks of onion. And sweating them for a longer time over just medium heat versus sauteing for a shorter time over medium high or high heat breaks them down better, makes them softer and sweeter, and tames some of their sulfur and heat.Don't worry. Your kids can still grow up to have more sophisticated palates. Both of my teenagers did. But they still thoroughly enjoy the sauce when I make it this way for my four year old. ;) x -
