Take Idli premix in bowl add 1 cup curd and mix well and keep aside for 15 mins.

Grease idli plates with oil pour the mixture and steam it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cut Idli in pieces.For Tempering add oil in a pan put mustard seeds once it crackles add idli pieces add all spices and mix well lastly add sugar and make it crisp.Garnish with coriander and sev and serve it.
