Ingredients

  1. Liver and kidney
  2. Onions
  3. Scotch bonnet(grated)
  4. Ginger/garlic paste
  5. Salt
  6. Seasonings and spices

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash kidney and liver, put in a pot add water and little salt allow to come to a boil, take off heat strain and rinse.

  2. 2

    In a pot add the boiled liver/kidney add onions, ginger,garlic, salt, seasonings, spices and water enough to cook the liver/kidney. When the water drain off, take off heat.

  3. 3

    In a sauce pan add little oil, onions, ginger,garlic and allow to sauté. Add scotch bonnet stir fry until oil start yo comes up then add the cooked liver/kidney with more onions stir and cover for 2 minutes and serve. Enjoy like that or with anything.
