  • 3eggs
  • 2cayenne pepper
  • 4scotch bonnet
  • Small size onion
  • 2garlic
  • 1nut meg
  • 1 cupoil
  • Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all ur vegetables nd began to grate nd set aside

  2. 2

    Set fire nd put a pan on it,add ur oil wen hot add ur grated veggies stir well nd add ur seasoning

  3. 3

    Stir it after some minutes break ur eggs in a bowl nd whisk den add it to ur stir veggies nd turn it as well

    Serve with fried yam,potato,rice,couscous etc
