Cooking Instructions

Wash & cut the vegetables, then add salt into it and wash it again thoroughly. until it reduces in size. then keep aside

Remove bones in your fish. and shred it. keep it aside too

In a pot preheat the oil. add d onion and bonnets. add in your ginger and garlic. Stir fry for 1mins, add in your vegetables and seasonings stir again and allow to steam for 3mints. Then add in your fish and stir again. Add a little water and close allow it to cook for the next 5 mins and bring it down.

You can serve it with any food of your choice. I served mine with rice and chicken. Enjoy.
