Toffee Maple Pecan Cookies

Ingredients

12-15 mins
  1. 1/2 cupbutter, melted
  2. 1/2 cupreal maple syrup
  3. 2eggs, well beaten
  4. 1 tspreal vanilla
  5. 2 tspbaking powder
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1 cuppecans, chopped
  8. 1/4 cuptoffee bits
  9. 2 cupsAP flour

Cooking Instructions

12-15 mins

    Preheat oven 350

    Add melted butter and syrup to medium bowl, mix

  3. 3

    Add well beaten eggs and vanilla, mix

  4. 4

    Fold in nuts and toffee

  5. 5

    Add flour in stages, mixing between

  6. 6

    Using #12 scoop, scoop cookies onto parchment line baking sheets

  7. 7

    Press flat

  8. 8

    Bake 12-15 minutes

  9. 9

    Let cookies set up on pans a few minutes before transferring them to cooling rack

  10. 10

    Cool completely and store in an airtight container
