  1. 1medium mango slices chilled
  2. 1small cucumber slices chilled
  3. Some pudina leaves
  4. 2 tspsoaked chia seeds chilled
  5. 2 tspsugar or adjust as per taste
  6. 2 tsprose syrup
  7. half glass chilled milk
  8. Ice optional

    Assemble all ingredients.Add slices of mango, cucumber in the blender jar

    Also add pudina,chia seeds & blend till smooth paste also add sugar & milk again blend

  3. 3

    After preparing transfer to a serving glass garnish with pudina pata,rose syrup, cucumber & mango slice & enjoy chilled shake as breakfast 😋
