This lime splash is a fun, yet absolutely delicious drink.
If you are tired of soda drinks, then you will love this splash.
It super easy, super affordable, so good and at the same time exotic..

Cut the zest part of the line add into pot of 750ml boiling water, add the sugar stir and allow to boil on low heat to make the lime syrup

Once it cools down, squeeze in the lime juice from the lime,

Pour syrup into a glass, about a quarter, add some brandy or Champari, add the lime colour or which ever you have, mix everything together.. (if you are making for kids, you can skip the by alcoholic drink)

Fill the glass with fizzle drink,(I used Sprite in mine)

Cut in some cucumber and lemons...throw in some ice cubes and enjoy!!
