  2. Bonnet
  3. Ginger and garlic
  4. Onions
  5. stalksSpring onions
  6. Oil
  7. Seasoning & salt
  8. Spices of choice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash fish, marinate with bonnet pepper, ginger & garlic, seasoning & salt, spices and let it sit for 30 minutes. Layer a foil paper in a steamer. Transfer the fish to the foil, add the onions and spring onions stalks, drizzle some oil. Cover and steam till tender. Serve.
