My grandma made these all the time when I was a kid. I loved them!*If you don't like mayo you can use whipped topping, cream cheese, yogurt, etc.. you can change the fruit, add chopped nuts.. whatever best suits your taste!

Anyone ever grow a Zucchini plant in their garden? They sometimes have a tendency to produce a boatload of food, and as such this is a tasty way to use up those Zucchini's. It's more filling and taste better than a salad with a traditional lettuce base.

I learned this salad by my self.It was really good and it was very light this is something that a person needs for a slight hunger :)

Super quick, healthy and delicious.

Inspired by #athina from cookpad, this is her purslane, feta, and fig salad... I've recreated it with pears. As we say here, 'don't let the farmer know how good cheese is with pears'... and if you drizzle a bit of honey on top, it's perfect. A fresh, healthy dish with a sweet and crunchy tone.

I made this when I didn't have an appetite.Use this recipe with apples, pears, or persimmons for a tasty seasonal salad. It's also tasty with the juice that comes out of the fruit after chilling it in the fridge.When transferring to serving dish, a dash of black pepper will add a nice touch.
