      cabbage leaves, steamed or boiled until rollable • ground chuck or leaner meat if you prefer • ground sausage, I use unseasoned pork sausage • uncooked rice, I use brown rice but use any you like • medium to large onion, I use a large yellow onion • large eggs • ketchup • milk • small handful of dry bread crumbs • dried parsley • dried thyme • & 1/2 TBS dried oregano •

        chicken breast tenders, cooked, broken into small pcs • frozen peas & carrots mix or frozen mixed veggies • chicken flavored stuffing mix • butter or margarine & enough for stuffing mix • precooked mashed potatoes, cook according to pkg • chicken flavored gravy mix, cooked according to pkg • roasting pan with lid or large baking pan

        Guaranteed Great Game Day Chunky Crock Pot Chilli

        ground chuck or leaner ground meat • large green bell pepper, diced • large green zucchini, peeled or unpeeled & diced • large yellow, white or red onion, peeled & diced • baby carrots, cut in half lengthwise then diced or 1 large carrot, peeled & diced small • celery, cut in half lengthwise & diced • can of tomato juice (you may not need all this) • small cans of kidney beans, drained & rinsed (I use 2 dark red & 2 light red) • or so of diced tomatoes, undrained • small can of tomato paste, not puree (optional but adds alot of flavor) • level tbs of baking cocoa powder, unsweetened • or 2 tbs of chilli powder, not chilli seasoning mix in an envelope •

          One Pan Sausage & Potatoes (Quick & Easy)

          smoked sausage or cooked Italian sausages (I use Hillshire Farm smoked sausage) • to 6 medium potatoes (I use russets) • or half of a large green bell pepper (U can use another color if u want) • to medium onion (to ur taste) • of margerine (U can use butter but u will need to add about 3 tbs water so it steams) • dried parsley or minced fresh if u like (to ur taste) • to 1 tsp garlic powder (to ur taste) • seasoning salt or seasoned meat tenderizer powder (to ur taste) • coursely ground black pepper or whatever u have (to ur taste)

            7 ounce bags flaked & sweetened coconut • all purpose flour, start with only half of this (more or less as needed) • sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces) • eggs • margerine • real vanilla extract • semisweet chocolate chips (milk chocolate if u like them sweeter, the macaroons aren't very sweet) • cooking wax for thinning & making the chocolate shiny

                Italian sausages (mild, hot or sweet) cooked & browned on both sides • small or medium green pepper sliced in thin strips & then cut strips in half • small red, yellow or white onion sliced into strips • garlic, finely minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • dried Italian seasoning or 1 tbsp dried oregano • dried parsley or bout 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley • diced tomatoes (do not drain) • or whats needed of ur favorite pasta cooked & drained (i use spaghetti or rotini but used elbow mac this time) • to 2 cups of ur favorite pasta sauce or even marinara or pizza sauce
