  1. Bacon (Smithfield recommenced)
  2. Slicessweet heirloom tomatoes
  3. 2 slicessandwich bread
  4. Qewpie mayonnaise
  5. A fewslices of lettuce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Cook bacon in a pan (cast iron best) until brown and crispy. Place them in paper towel and also pad them to remove grease. Save the paper

  2. 2

Slice tomatoes. Wash lettuce and remove water (pad with paper towel or use salad spinner)

  3. 3

Toast bread. Place bacon, mayonnaise, tomatoes, lettuce on one slice. Put another bread on top.

  4. 4

Use the saved paper towels to soak and wipe off the pan. Good bacon will leave a pile of grease.

Perfect, little trouble finding the Japanese mayonnaise, so rich with that extra fat . No extra garbage on an original sandwich, no avocado or fried egg 👍
