Boneless Chicken With Green chillies and Bell Pepper 🌶️

Ingredients

4 to 5 person
  1. 1/2 kgboneless chicken
  2. Gravy
  3. 1onion paste
  4. 1 tspGinger paste
  5. 1 tspGarlic paste
  6. 2tomato paste
  7. 1/2 tspgreen chilli paste
  8. 1 cupoil
  9. Whole Spices
  10. 1 tspzeera whole
  11. 1cinnamon stick
  12. 1black cardamom
  13. 4-5cloves
  14. 7-8black pepper corns
  15. 4-5red chilli button
  16. Dry Spices
  17. 1 tspred chilli powder
  18. 1 tspcoriander powder
  19. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  20. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  21. Salt to taste
  22. Vegetables
  23. 1green bell pepper cut in cube shape
  24. 3-4green chilli half cut
  25. Garnish
  26. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  27. leavesGreen coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Make a onion, ginger garlic, tomato, green chilli paste.
    Gather all whole spices.

    Take a clay pot heat oil, add whole Garam Masala, red chilli button and make it splatter. When aroma comes

    Add prepared paste and bhonify together.

    Meanwhile clean and wash the chicken breast fillet and cut the chicken in cubes.

    Then add chicken cubes and stir fry till chicken change the colour.

    Gather all dry spices. Then add all dry spices in chicken and bhonify together.

    Cut the green bell pepper in cube shape. Half cut the green chillies.

    Add green bell pepper, chillies and bhonify together.

    Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Don't add water.

    After 10 minutes open the lid add garam masala powder and mix well.

    Transfer it to a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

    Serve garma garam tandoori Roti.
