Since the 2nd of November is Deviled eggs day & I love me some eggs, I decided to try something new. Absolutely delicious 😋, you can play with this recipe, fillings, presentation but I realized mustard is a must 😅. I must be completely honest, it was the first time buying mustard in my home. 😍 Great treat for the kids (without chilli flakes but paprika) also & for holidays, specifically Christmas or parties as a starter

Ingredients

12 mins
4 people
  1. 4eggs
  2. Water to boil
  3. 3 tbspMayonnaise
  4. 1tspn mustard
  5. Slicescucumber
  6. Salt & pepper to season

Cooking Instructions

    Boil eggs for 12 mins

  2. 2

    Set timer for 12 mins

  3. 3

    Remove from pot & transfer to ice cold water to stop them from cooking & forming that green colour in the yolk

    Peel & cut into halves

  5. 5

    Remove yolk from egg & transfer to a separate bowl.

  6. 6

    Mash the yolk & add 3 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tspn of mustard

  7. 7

    Add salt & pepper. Mix well

  8. 8

    Fill in the egg

  9. 9

    Add cucumber slices & sprinkle chilli flakes.

  10. 10
