Jollof Rice Sharp Sharp

it took me less than 30minutes to make this plate happen, thanks to some left over
Cooking Instructions

Wash and heat up rice and cook till its almost tender; turn off heat, wash and drain and set aside, wash chicken and spice and parboil till chicken is tender then set aside.

Dice onions, ginger, pepper, tomatoes and garlic and set aside;

Heat up pot and once its hot add veg oil, diced onions garlic and ginger and stir; after about 2 minutes, add tomatoes, pepper and tomatoes paste and allow it cook for another 5minutes

Stir and add salt, knorr cube and curry powder and simmer on low heat for another 5mins

Add the drained pre cooked rice into the tomatoes sauce mix and stir, add water if necessary and once rice is tender and dry up, turn off heat.
