  1. 3 cupsshredded okro/okra
  2. 2 cupsnail diced in bit
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1cksp palm oil
  5. 2 cupdice uGu leaf
  6. 2knorr cube
  7. 1 tspCameroon pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash snail, spice and parboil once it almost tender, add oil to the pot, add palm oil, knorr cube, salt and Cameroon pepper and stir

    Add okro and stir continuously allow it simmer for about 5mins then add uGu leaf

  3. 3

    Turn off heat after 3mins and serve with any choice of eba
