Simple way of frying yam with egg

With out boiling yam before frying and you get the perfect taste.
Cooking Instructions

Get your fresh yam, cut and divide it into two part. Pill the back of the yam divide it to 2 and to four 4 part if the yam is big. Start cutting it into slice, wash it with water and and turn it inside the basket

Cut and wash onions leaf, slice pepper and add them in a boil. Bet the four 4 eggs in the and and a pinch of salt to taste.

Put frying pan on fire and add oil on it the pan. Add little onion into the oil, and when the onion turns brownish oil is ready for frying

Take your slice yam add little salt and mix them together, put the yam in the egg for ot to absorb it and to the oil to fry. When it changing to brownish you turn it to other part and that is how you do it continuously till you finish frying your yam.
