Very tasty!..used fresh lime juice and olive oil as the marinade..frozen corn..thawed..and 1 can of black beans..served with blue corn chips..yummy! :chef

Its more of a pickled black bean spread. You put it in jar and let it sit for a few Weeks. Ill find recipie and post. Yours certainly looks better!
