@2cool_2cook Its ethnic group's food, considered quite exotic even in Thailand. More common in Yunnan, Sishuangpanna of China , part of Myanmar. Chicken stir fry with Chinese Garlic Leeks both leaves and root, seasoned with Chinese dark vinegar, light soya sauce, sesame oil, sprinkled with black pepper.

@2cool_2cook Actually people prefer the root over the leaves for this particular herb, its got a distinct flavor kinda mix between spring onion and garlic. In Sishuangpanna of China people usually use it to make traditional spicy mixed vegetables prickle, similar to kimchi but different.
