We eat a Keto diet, so we traded the pasta for hearts of palm linguine. I doubled the sauce ingredients, added the shrimp, and also added the same amount of seared bay scallops. A half cup of dry white wine, 2 tbsp of lemon pepper, and 2 tbsp of garlic pepper gave it a bit more depth. We added the hearts of palm before baking. Fantastic! Great idea with the lemon scampi!
