@Marie007 yes I learned ot during the UN World food day event to #cookeverypart last Oct. I learned that there are many researches both West and East supporting the health benefits of papaya seeds. In Indonesia , they dry it and grind and use it as peppery spice. In India they eat it for detox. In Europe they use it in salad dressing.Below is from healthline.com
