We eat a Keto diet, so we traded the pasta for hearts of palm linguine. I doubled the sauce ingredients, added the shrimp, and also added the same amount of seared bay scallops. A half cup of dry white wine, 2 tbsp of lemon pepper, and 2 tbsp of garlic pepper gave it a bit more depth. We added the hearts of palm before baking. Fantastic! Great idea with the lemon scampi! Delicious!! I browned the pork chops first, then stuffed them after they cooled slightly...that way I didn’t have to toothpick them. We left the ham out of the stuffing, and sprinkled a little extra Italian seasoning on while they baked. Thank you for sharing - they were a big hit!

We substituted half a bag of frozen meatballs (baked according to directions) for the hamburger. Delicious! Thanks for sharing the recipe!!
