Tortilla Egg Wrap With Salad And Leftover Sambal Paste

Ingredients

  1. 3eggs season with salt and pepper
  2. 2 tbspbuttet and 1 tortilla
  3. 3 tbspblended leftover Sambal Ikan Bilis or pesto
  4. Cucumber
  5. Onion
  6. Fresh salad

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat The eggs then, melt some butter on pan then pour the beaten eggs and TOP with tortilla, cook for 1 minutes and cover, once egg set then flip over, blend leftover Sambal if using this or you can use any pesto

  2. 2

    Spread generously of leftover Sambal and add cucumber, onion and fresh salad

  3. 3

    Fold half and Slice and enjoy
