Ingredients

1tomato
15 pcsstring beans
1chinese sausage
3 pcsgarlic
2 slicesginger
Halftsp fish sauce

Cooking Instructions

Steam chinese sausage for 3 mins then slice. Set aside.

Sautee garlic and ginger until fragrant. then add tomato. Mix ang cook a minute then the string beans.

Add fish sauce and a little water. Cover and cook until string beans are half cook.
4

Add in sausage then cook a minute. Remove tnen serve.
