Cooking Instructions

In a bowl take water (room temperature) add coffee powder and mix well till coffee dissolve well.

In another bowl add butter powdered sugar and cocoa powder mix well till combine without lumps. Our cocoa butter is ready.

Take marrie biscuits, dip it into coffee mixture and let it infuse well then place it on parchment paper.

Pour spoonful cocoa butter mixture on biscuit, again put coffee infused marrie biscuit, again pour spoonful cocoa butter mixture and repeat process start making a log like shown.

Cover biscuit log with remaining cocoa butter and wrap it with parchment paper and let it set for 1/2 an hour in the refrigerator.

Then remove parchment paper covering and slice it like shown

And this unique dessert is ready. Kids are going to love it.
