Prune & Banana Slices
The date slices I made were so successful and delicious I thought I'd stick with the idea whilst incorporating prunes and bananas that needed using up.I added some extra protein to balance out the recipe a little. As with most of my recipes there is no added sugar & I swapped butter for a 0% Natural Yoghurt.I did use egg in this recipe but you could substitute for Flax if required. Conclusion: Date and Apple slices taste better but these have less afar and calories!

Dates Stuffed With Peanut Butter
Dates are high in fibre, which helps to slow down digestion and can prevent blood sugar level spikes. If you eat dates with some protein, such as whole nuts or nut butter, this will slow down the increase in blood sugar levels further. Therefore they pair perfectly with peanut butter!#dates #peanutbutter #smoothpeanutbutter #sukkary #seasalt #healthysnacks #snack #date #easyrecipes #snackideas

Banana and oat bread
This is a great way of using up overripe bananas. Whenever I have an overripe banana I always chop it up and keep it in a big freezer bag so I can make smoothies, ice-cream or banana bread whenever I want rather than having to wait for a soft banana!Recipe by Jo Ingleby.

Oat pancake
I was inspired by some professional nutrients who made this recipe as part of program to control the weight when my wife was experimenting with diet. This is quite healthy (especially if you not use oil to fry it) and consumable even by people who hate the oat since birth. Later I heard about this recipe as “fried oat” or “oat pizza” but I’d like to keep the original name mostly because this is how it’s remembered in my familyI amended healthy recipe by adding more flavourful proteins and vegs but it still seems to be healthy enough (what may be wrong with oat, eggs, fish or meat and tomatoes?! ;))Original recipe was saying about 50g oat and two eggs but obviously oat is different and eggs size as well. So I ended up with 40g oat and small egg as the best proportion which is working for me. You can experiment yourself but idea is as more crispy you would like to have it you’re adding more oat; as more softer you’d like to have it you’re adding more moisture (eggs or if you would like to be more precise you can add a bit of milk or even water)
