I usually don t comment but this really upsets me (I am French and trying to lose weight) : this is not a low cal bread , just bread (recipe for not-good-for diet bread: flour, 70-75% water , yeast and salt. That s all. No milk, no sugar . no oil. If this is good for you, just go for a good French baguette)

If you don't have a dough setting on your microwave the trick is to have a glass of boiled water (ie hot) and place it with the dough mix into the microwave and leave to rise.
