Is a good prepared dish,for letting it get cold and then cooking it again in the microwave before eating some of it - microwaving it for 10 minutes can make homemade pasta less chewy.The ingredients amount too just under 2 Thousand Calories.Was the first time,I ever made homemade pasta - June 2020 - Did only use plain flour and cold water too make the pasta dough.I used the dough hook attachment too my Electric Kenwood Food Mixer Machine too bring a ball of pasta dough together.

I find that eating Corned Beef straight from the tin - when left cold - the Corned Beef tastes nicer.
