Nice Recipe, I've tried it a dozen times before.
In this recipe the problem is, the bread absorbs too much oil, it ends up becoming very heavy. So toast the bread till its crisp and crunchy before frying. That way it will not absorb so much oil. If I try this recipe anytimr soon, i'll post the pics too.

Sure...I evn do dat sumtyms d way u do...u can also pour sugar syrup by spoon, instead of dipping them...it wud absorb less sugar too...
